Please note that repairs may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the extent of the damage and our repair workload.

Warranty:

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur during normal use.

If you believe your product is experiencing a defect covered under our warranty, please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.

If we determine that your product is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will issue a refund.

Please keep in mind that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or warranty unless they are defective or damaged.
